VINTAGE CUSTOMER CONTRACT

All our products are vintage, and mostly second-hand. They have probably lived more than one life before you. As such, they may have charming little defects. Nonetheless, we take care to ensure that only items in good or very good condition are put online. We'll do our best to point out any unusual wear and tear and note it in the product description, though we can't certify perfection, since error is human. Returns are unconditional and at the buyer's expense. You accept the above conditions by validating your purchase.

DELIVERY

Deliveries are made by the Mondial Relay carrier in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain and Portugal to collection points. Delivery to Italy, Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Cyprus, Croatia, the Overseas Territories, Slovenia, Greece, Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Hong Kong is handled by La Poste Colissimo.

Local delivery is offered for orders over 65 euros in Bordeaux metropolitan area. 

Delivery is free for orders over 159 euros in mainland France.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 working days; however, you must notify us as soon as possible. The label must not have been removed from the item. Any item without a label cannot be returned. Returns are at the buyer's expense, except in the case of an obvious error on our part. For all returns, please contact customer service at contact@gayanevintage.com.

LOST PARCELS

While we assume responsibility for providing tracking numbers and proof of postage for all our items, we cannot offer any refund or credit for packages lost or stolen after the package has left our warehouse.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

After purchase, you have the right to cancel your order. Please contact us at contact@gayanevintage.com. The right of withdrawal ceases as soon as the parcel is handed over to the transport company.

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made by credit card or Paypal. Prices include VAT, but delivery charges are not included.
